Rural Health Experience

Attached is the Rural Health Experience brochure and application. The following hospital participating in this experience are Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton, Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield, Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon, Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, Paris Community Hospital in Paris, Pinckneyville Community Hospital in Pinckneyville, and Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville, and OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg. The ideal candidate is from a rural community and currently enrolled in health profession program, possess a strong interest in rural healthcare, and minimum qualifications are students who will have completed their sophomore year of undergraduate school by the start of the Rural Health Experience. Preference goes to upperclassmen students and those already in graduate or professional programs.
