Students who receive an award will be required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation upon conclusion of the project. Additionally, each participant will prepare an evaluation report and a budget reconciliation. Selection will be determined by a review committee comprised of faculty and staff of the Illinois AHEC Network Program, the National Center for Rural Health Professions, UIC College of Medicine/Rockford, the Urban Medicine Program, UIC College of Medicine/Chicago and the UIC School of Public Health.
All community college/undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. Students are required to work with a faculty or community advisor.
